1. Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)
Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-1035-0), which will be submitted for indexing by IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex, Scopus.
① The article conforms to the theme and requirements of the conference
② No repeated contributions to other conferences or journals
③ Original articles with experimental research data
④ Repetition rate is less than 35%
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISF 2025 will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
2. Submit to other SCI journals
Up to 10 selected papers will be recommended for publication in the following SCI journals.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. |
